Delivery Information
Free UK delivery on every order over £15, same day delivery across Milton Keynes and Buckingham, and click and collect from Stacey Bushes. Here is how each option works.
Same Day Delivery: Milton Keynes and Buckingham
If you are local to one of our three stores, same day delivery shows as an option at checkout when your postcode qualifies. It runs seven days a week, including bank holidays, and is free on orders over £15 (£1.99 under).
- Milton Keynes: order before 3pm, delivered between 3pm and 7pm. Drivers are out from 11am, so morning orders often arrive earlier.
- Buckingham: order before 1pm, delivered between 1pm and 3pm.
You get a text when your order is dispatched and a live ETA while it is on its way. The full list of areas covered is in the FAQs below. If your area isn't listed, call Stacey Bushes on 01908 579 888 and we will check.
UK Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24
Everywhere else in the UK we send Royal Mail Tracked 24. Free on orders over £15, £1.99 under. Order by 6pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery, or by 12pm on Saturday for Sunday delivery. Tracking is emailed when your order is dispatched, and Royal Mail text you when it is out for delivery.
Click and Collect
Choose click and collect at checkout and pick up from our Stacey Bushes store, seven days a week during opening hours. Orders are usually ready within two hours. Bring your confirmation email and photo ID. Details on the click and collect page.
Age Verification
Every order is age verified before dispatch, and the person accepting a delivery may be asked for ID. See our Age Verification Policy.
Returns are covered on our refunds and returns page.
