   • Background Check: OneID will automatically attempt to verify your age securely in the background. It does this using secure, bank-verified data or mobile network checks to confirm you are 18 or older.

   • Consent: By requesting a restricted product, you consent to us sharing your checkout details with OneID for the sole purpose of verifying your age. Your data is processed under strict UK privacy and security standards.

   • One-Time Check: Thanks to our advanced system, you only need to successfully complete this process once. On future orders, as long as you are logged into your account, our system will remember your verified status so you can checkout seamlessly.

3. What happens if OneID cannot verify me automatically?

   If the initial background check is unable to verify your age, you will see a secure pop-up window provided by OneID. This will offer alternative, instant verification methods, such as:

   • Verifying via your UK banking app (takes 10 seconds and requires no card details)

   • Entering your UK mobile phone number

   • Confirming via electoral roll details

What if I fail the verification?

If OneID is still unable to verify your age automatically, our order processing will be paused.

You will have the option to contact our customer support team at support@vapedirect.com to provide a copy of your ID (such as a driving licence, passport, or CitizenCard) to complete the process manually.

Please Note: If we are unable to successfully verify your age through these secure methods, we are legally required to cancel and refund your order.
