Refunds & Returns


UK Vape Direct Ltd ("we", ''us'', ''our'') are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. If you’re shopping with us online or over the telephone, then you’ll be pleased to hear that you are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. These have been established to make sure you have an opportunity to cancel your order if the goods aren’t what you expected. After all, we all make mistakes from time to time.

Standard delivery

You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 7 working days after the day you receive it. But, you must tell us straight away if you wish to do this. You must take good care of the items while they’re in your possession; they must be returned to us in a sellable condition. It is your responsibility to return the items to us, or to arrange collection of larger items.
This needs to be done promptly at your cost. These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been personalised or to intimate, perishable or time-critical goods. Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids that have been unsealed or used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes.

If you change your mind, don't worry. We offer a refunds and returns service on purchases made through our website.

Returns & Refunds / Terms & Conditions

● Please ensure you let us know by email or telephone within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it.
● You are responsible for the return postage and associated costs. Please ensure you select an insured service for goods worth more than £50.
● Please ensure you return goods in a saleable condition, e.g. with original packaging intact.
● Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on any e­liquids due to health and safety requirements.
