Click and Collect

Order online, collect from our Stacey Bushes store. Click and collect is available seven days a week during Stacey Bushes opening hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm. It is not available at Neath Hill or Buckingham.

How It Works

1. Shop as normal and choose Click and Collect as the delivery option at checkout. There is no charge.
2. We pick your order and hold it at the counter. Orders placed while the store is open are usually ready within two hours; orders placed overnight are ready soon after we open.
3. Come to Unit 9, Stacey Bushes Trading Centre, Stacey Bushes, Milton Keynes MK12 6HS and show your order confirmation email on your phone, plus photo ID in the same name.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes. Put their name as the recipient in the shipping address at checkout, and they bring photo ID matching that name. They must be 18 or over.

How long will you hold my order?

Your order stays at the counter until you collect it. If you cannot make it in, call 01908 579 888 and we will either hold it longer, switch it to delivery or cancel and refund it.

Do I need ID?

Yes. Vaping products are for over 18s only and every collection is age checked. Bring a passport, driving licence or PASS card. See our Age Verification Policy.

Can I collect from Neath Hill or Buckingham?

Not at the moment. If you want to check stock at either store before visiting, call them: Neath Hill 01908 662250, Buckingham 01280 822 260. Find all three on our store locations page.

Can I get it delivered instead?

Yes. Milton Keynes addresses qualify for same day delivery on orders placed before 3pm, free over £15, and we post nationwide with Royal Mail.

Where do I park?

There are three spaces directly outside the shop, and at weekends about twenty more across the estate when the neighbouring businesses are closed.
