As the UK-wide ban on disposable vapes draws closer, it might be time to reevaluate how you use a vape.

The Disposable Vape Ban in the UK

The disposable vape device ban comes into place in the UK from June 1st, 2025. If you live in Scotland, the ban comes into place even earlier, as of 1st April 2025. The UK government cite both protecting children from vaping and the environmental issue disposable vapes cause through littering as the reason.

What Should You Use Instead of a Disposable Vape?

 Fortunately for UK residents the vape industry has had time to catch up with the change in regulations by offering a number of alternatives to disposable vapes.

The Reusable Disposable

The ban is for single use vape devices and we can already see the market becoming populated with reusable vape devices which are not meant either for long term use or for a single use. Multi-tank systems, multi-pod systems, and other designs are offering a new take on the disposable vape and moving the market away from the single use aspect.
