Our own drivers deliver from the Stacey Bushes store. You get an out for delivery text with a live arrival time, a map to follow the driver, and a delivered notification by text and email when it arrives. Delivery areas and full terms are on our delivery page. If you would rather collect, see our three stores.
Click and Collect
Order online, choose Click and Collect at checkout, and pick up from our Stacey Bushes store. Collection is available seven days a week during store hours.
When will my order be ready?
Usually within two hours of ordering while the store is open. Your order stays as processing until you collect it, so there is no rush.
What do I need to bring?
Your order confirmation email on your phone and photo ID in the same name as the order. Nothing needs printing.
Can someone else collect for me?
Yes. Either put their name as the recipient on the shipping address when you order, or send them with photo ID matching the name on the order.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which pods fit the OXVA NeXlim Go?
It takes NeXlim cartridges in 0.6 ohm for restricted direct to lung, and 0.8 ohm and 1.2 ohm for mouth to lung. A 0.8 ohm cartridge comes fitted, and the empty cartridges take NeXlim replacement coils.
What is the difference between Boost and Eco mode?
Boost mode runs at higher power for a fuller flavour, for example 30W on the 0.8 ohm cartridge. Eco mode runs lower, 16W on the same cartridge, to save battery. A slide on the device switches between them.
Is a charging cable included?
No. The NeXlim Go charges by USB-C, but the cable is not in the box. The 1800mAh battery fast charges in about 45 minutes.
What e-liquid should I use?
The NeXlim Go works with both nic salt and freebase e-liquid.
