The Lost Mary Nera 15K refill pack is the replacement pod system for the Nera Fullview kits. Each pack pairs a 2ml prefilled pod with a 10ml refill container that clips into its base, so you fit one assembly rather than refilling by hand. When the pack runs out you swap in a fresh one and keep the device.

What is Click and Collect?

You can place your order online as you would do normally. When you check out you can select Click and Collect as your delivery option. Come to our Stacey Bushes store and collect your order. Hassle free and easy for anyone short on time.

What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?

Once you have placed your order you’ll receive your confirmation email, no need to print off just show us the email in store from your phone along with some photo ID with your names matching and we can pass over your order.

Can someone collect my order for me?

Yes, they can, whomever you are sending to collect will need to have some form of photo ID from you with the names matching the invoice, alternatively, when checking out you can put their name as the recipient on the shipping address. They will then just need a photo ID with names matching the shipping address to be able to collect.

When will my order be ready?

Your order will stay at processing until you collect it. Orders can be ready within 2 hrs after placing the order at times we are open. Please see our Stacey Bushes Vape Shop opening times for more information.
